舉重是美國近年來很喜歡在各種運動員的訓練課表中加入的訓練項目

然而

如果舉重的技巧可以讓你舉更重 舉的更漂亮
但不一定能讓你跳更高...?
If lifting technique enable you lift heavier and prettier but not
helping in jumping higher...
有的時候動作不好的舉重動作反而能讓你爆發力更好
Some time, lifting in bad form can actually improve your
explosive ability.
應該說 你的動作如果有在一定水準了 那可以嘗試加重 因為你
的技巧永遠不可能跟舉重選手一樣好
Actually, if lifting technique is decent enough, one should
attempt to increase lifting weight. Because it is impossible lift as
good as a professional O-lifter.
如果可以讓你舉的更重的原因是來自技術的進步
而不是肌力的進步 那可能有疑問.
If the ability to lift heavier is due to improvement in technique
instead of muscle power...Then it is Questionable.
